[WorkInProgress] Power-Ups update

Hi guys,

I didn't have a lot of free time recently but as promised, I managed to work hard on the next update of the game featuring Power-Ups.

This update will let you use the stars that you collect in your runs to buy several helpful items such as extra lives, speed modifiers, cool gadgets, and later, skins, etc.
